Super easy DIY bird feeder
My toddler loves watching birds so I thought it might be a nice idea to join the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch this 29-31st of January. Sitting in the garden for an hour counting which birds come to visit us is a vital opportunity for the RSPB to keep tabs on the population of British birds. And a lot of fun with too, are you joining in? To lure more birds to our garden I thought it might be a good idea to make a bird feeder, a super simple one that you can make within a few minutes.
How easy is that? And a lovely project to use up an old plate. Let hope the birds like it too, not just Kiki’s toy one :D
To make the bird feeder I used :
an old plate
a broom stick or thick dowel
drill/driver with drill bit
screw
washer
bird feed
the help of a cute toddler ;)
